ABOUT ME

I am Er. S.C. Bhargava (Bsc. B.E. (Mech) IIT Roorkee '64), husband of Smt Basanti Bhargava, who was a Parkinson's patient for about 25 years. Here, I have narrated the actual progress of the disease till the end, as I was the caretaker.

In this journey, she has attended various doctors in the country shown in the attached prescriptions. I am not a doctor, so the prescriptions attached are not for use (Only Neuro physicians should be consulted). Moreover, this blog is meant to help you understand the disease of Parkinson's, for the patients as well as caretakers to lead a good and meaningful life.

I want to thank the three doctors for the motivation to present this story and for the treatment of my wife in her journey, given by my family Dr. Vikram Mehta MBBS. M.D, Dr. Sunil Pradhan D.M. (Neuro), and Dr. A.K. Roy D.M. (Neuro).
